We went to the Baytown location at 11:15 today. Let me first say of waitress MAYA was the perfect waitress! She must be new... because we have never had that great of service there! All of the food had an terrible after flavor. The music was so loud wecouldn?t hear each other and had to ask Maya to turn it down which she did. A couple of the waitresses had shorts so short shemight as well have worn a thong! But the worst was the bathrooms!!! One stall the toilet hadn?t been flushed in who knows howlong. The other one there was toilet paper all over the floor, water bottle and dead roach!!! That was the women?s bathroom. Themen?s had trash cans overflowing, floor was so slipper someone will probably fall before the day is over and nothing has beenwiped down. Keep in mind that was about 30 minutes after they opened!!!! I wanted to write on our receipt to Maya that she wastoo good for this place!!! So sad we use to love to go there eat wings, shrimp and snow crabs! Unfortunately probably the lasttime! We travel all over with my husbands job and have been to Hooters all over this is the worst so far! Out of all that,that?s your response?? Have been to this Hooters a few times and each time was a disappointment, HOWEVER we recently stopped in since it's been a while... and boy has service turned around. Our waitress, Madison was awesome. She was very friendly, attentive and just awesome! Foodwas good as always also. Hooters you have changed my opinion about this location. First off, management is excellent. always attentive and helpful with guest. went in a few nights back and had Skylar as my... server. she was WONDERFUL and just so helpful. she was quick to tell me about the specials and what was the best on the menu.she made sure i knew about their sweet mini deserts but i was already too full on buffalo shrimp and amazing smoked wings. andwas she great with keeping my kids distracted while i wanted to enjoy my food in peace. will be coming back soon!!!! So sad at our experience at this location. We travel all over and love to stop in at Hooters for dinner in the area. Normally it... is an up beat fun place to eat. With hulls hoops and large jenga games. Music, waitresses smiling and having fun. This was notour experience at this location. The music was not filtered out to the parking lot and low in the restaurant. The front doorarea smelled. We stood at the front area waiting to be seated for 7 mins without anyone greeting us. When the waitress did comeover she seemed to be disinterested. She sat us and asked if we wanted drinks. Only when she realized I was searching for a menudid she quietly comment they are online. We got our drinks and ordered. She still had this sad look that made me feel like shewas not interested in waiting on our table. The bar tender brought out our meals without a smile just a ?here?who had thisinteraction? Plate was not filled with fries only. Small out given. Chili fries tasted about as good as they looked. Chicken wastough. No manger was seen on the floor, nor did one come to the table. Ladies restroom was dirty. Needed a full clean ceiling tofloor. When we wanted to leave, which we should have left before being seated. We had to get up to get anyone?s attention forthe bill. I stood at the Hooter?s apparel commenting that wow how adorable they have pjs! The girl standing there grabbedsomething and just walked away. Didn?t ask if I wanted to purchase anything. So I walked out. We had a terrible visit. Would notreturn to this location. Hooters is meant to have a fun, light hearted experience.
