I placed my order online and went i got there it still was being worked on. I waited 15 mins in the store. Not sure what the... point of ordering online is when they didn't start working on the order until I got there. What really was upsetting though isthat the pints were only filled 1/2 way. $37.00 for ice cream and the pints were not filled? Overall bad experience and I dontsee myself returning. This was my 2nd time going and my first experience was just as bad so what's the point. The employees needto be trained in every aspect of their job. That might help but if your employees don't care then all the training in the worldcannot change attitudes. Read more
