I clearly called ahead and asked do you have gluten free crust at the Baytown location, yes we do I place the order and waited... 20 min just to get a cancelled order email when I check the status of my order when I?m in the parking lot. The previous time Iordered delivery and I got someone else?s order and I left a tip, the driver came back to pick up the wrong food and then I geta call saying we don?t have gluten free call ahead next time. So I waited a hour to get no pizza and tipped 8 bucks for nothing.This place is ran by idiots taking my business elsewhere. Read more
Ordered a pizza and bread sticks at 715. At 9 the app told us the pizza had been delivered. Called Papa John's and the delivery... driver couldn't find the house so they left. Waited till 945 and still no pizza. Called back and was told it would be thereshortly. Pizza finally showed up at 1025. Over three hours and yes, the pizza was cold and tasted terrible.
