All pizza huts aren't the same, but this is a GOOD one. We just moved to the area and I was skeptical because I stopped going to... the one that was close to my previous residence. I ordered a thin crust and received a regular one and unfortunately door dash knocked on my door with instructions not to knock... on my door, due to my dog that sometimes has seizures if stressed. I called them back to let them know what had happened. Thelady was most understanding and not only sent me a new pizza but also included a handwritten note stating, " For the puppies.Sorry for scaring you guys-Pizza Hut". Included with the note was a little bag of pepperoni for my fur babies! It was a smallmistake but this Pizza Hut employee took care of the situation with grand professionalism!
