Friendly service from the moment we walked in. We were attended to by our patient waiter. Food took a bit to get out to the... two of us but the taste and portion sizes made it worth the wait. There was honestly enough for 4 people. Both of us had a takehome box filled with enough for a whole meal the next day. I was very pleased with the food and service but a bit disappointedto find out refills on cola were not free (at about $2 a drink) especially since they were poured directly from a can. Went here to eat for the first time with family and didn't have a good experience. First off, the waitress took so long to bring... our drinks. Secondly, there was a plastic twist tie in my mothers food! (As seen in photo) We let our waitress know and shedidn't seem worried at all that my mother was eating plastic we also didn't get a refund or anything for that. Also, the food isnot good it was cold and very dry. We first came here because someone recommended it to us but there are plenty of othermexican/seafood restaurants around the area that are better. Should be 0 Star. I called in an order for pick up on a Saturday night, I was told it will be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up... 25 minutes later, walked in to the restaurant and there was about 8 customers dining. The waitress came up to me and asked whatI wanted then I proceeded to tell her I?m picking up an order. She seemed flustered and told me that it was very busy and she?llbe right back but she never came back. Another waitress came up to do something at the register and I told her I?m there to pickup an order, she said that they are packing the food and she will bring it out to me. 10 minutes went by and she cane out withfood and said to me that it will be $98 and I said no because I only ordered a couple of enchiladas and empanadas. She walkedaway and another 10 minutes went by and the bar tender came out and asked what I ordered, at this point I was already frustratedand proceeded to tell him what I ordered. Then he asked if I called it in I said yes. He looks in the computer and said thatwhoever took the order never entered it in and as if I was a bother to him he asked if I still want to place the order, at thispoint I was done dealing with these idiots and said forget it and walked out of the restaurant. This review is solely on howpoor their customer service and I mean poor as in really bad service since I never got to taste the food.
