These guys will do anything to keep customers happy. We attended the rib eye dinner, and they even accommodated the vegetarians... sitting next to us! The menu had some interesting and delicious takes (onion soup with bone marrow, I'm talking to you!), andexcellent wine pairings. Read more

Had a fantastic seven-course dinner at Kitchen Sink to close out a weekend trip to Beacon. The seasonal menu changes based on... the availability of local produce, some of which comes from the chef's family farm. This is definitely worth the price. Keep inmind that the restaurant requires a reservation and an up-front deposit so they can plan the menu for the right number ofguests. Seating is also communal, meaning you'll probably end up sitting next to some friendly strangers ? but it's all part ofthe intimate experience. When you're done your meal, you can linger and hang out or simply get up and leave, as they will justadd any additional drinks or other charges to your credit card that you booked with. All in all, this was a great meal. Read more

2022 Update to my earlier review- because WOW- My family enjoyed the Filipino Pop-up takeout last night, and I?m still dreaming... about it. The complex flavors they developed I devoured. I would happily eat any of these soups daily. I highly recommend tryingthe new KS supper club and pop-ups. It's so lovely to have a switch up, and you always know you are getting the best qualityingredients, local if they can. I can?t wait for the next menu! Absolutely delicious, the flavor development in these dishes iswhat blows you away. I?ve literally locked the plate. Wonderful gluten free options right on the menu and the menu changes soyou always have new items to try. Local ingredients, wines, and ciders. Kitchen Sink is a must, honestly the best restaurant. I was late for their brunch service, so I came here for their dinner service which was just as good. Kitchen Sink has limited... seatings (less than 20 seatings) and I wouldn't be surprised if I have to wait more than 30 minutes during peak times withoutreservation. Their menu prices were on the steep side considering the portions, but I have to say that their food quality andservice was top-notch. I still think about their Pork Al Pastor from time to time...that fatty to lean ratio was just perfect.Definitely a restaurant you have to visit if you are in Beacon! Read more
