Dirty place . Employees should be wearing hair nets and gloves . The establishment needs a good cleaning . The container the... spoons are in is dirty . Plastic ware should be in individual wrapping so the staff does not touch customers utensils . The redhead boy had his wild hair everywhere . He should have at least had it in a decent ponytail! The onion rings are first class; the best I've had in a long time. The burger was very good but the flamethrower sauce was a... little vinegary and overpowered the taste of the burger. Get past that and it's great food. Read more
Food - 2, Decor - 1, Service - 2. Can't recommend. Won't be back. TLDR : bad, bad, bad Went here for lunch with my 12 year... old daughter after doing the Go Ape ziplines at Lums pond. I got an A-1 burger with onion rings, she got a freeze drink andchicken nuggets. I had to repeat my order 2 times for the server. The person seemed to be half asleep. It took about 15minutes to get what we ordered - granted it was mid afternoon, but the time was still excessive. The manager didapologize. They were out of the flavor of freeze that my daughter wanted. This is just logistics management 101. How does afast food place run out of a non-perishable flavoring? The owner or manager clearly is not on top of the operations. Burgerwas meh. BK or McDonalds far superior. Too much sauce and not fresh beef. Just bad quality overall. Onion rings were ok -BK is way better. My daughters freeze drink had pieces of plastic in it. They did replace it, however that's just totallyunacceptable. Tiles in the ceiling had water stains and most of the cloth backing on the seats was heavily worn. Ownersobviously not keeping up with maintenance, I doubt this would pass a corporate franchise inspection which DQ is obviously notdoing, so just a total fail all around. Read more

I can't thank y'all enough, by the time she... gets home she's made it thru hours of work, arrogant customers, n having to pick me up every morning (she don't like leaving mehome alone because of the neighbors) and comes home to crash.
