I get its fast food. But the experience here EVERY SINGLE time is awful. Literally the slowest fast food in beaufort. Please... upper management help this store. Ordered from the drive thru. The Turkey Swiss combo (#11). The sandwich was delicious and the bread was fresh. The fries were... actually cold like they had been in the refrigerator and totally old and stale. The employee never made eye contact, never saidthank you, I was not offered a receipt. I waited 8 minutes at the menu board to order and my order was never confirmed justtold to drive forward. I am not a complainer but that staff member needs additional training or no contact with the public, sohe can be more comfortable. Read more
