This was the worst Bojangles restaurant I have ever visited. First I went through the drive through and completed an entire... order only to drive up to the pay window where I was told that there was no chicken and I would have to wait 20 minutes. Whilewaiting I could see that the person preparing the chicken had no gloves on and the entire food prep area was a mess. There wasflour and splash residue of whatever fell on the counter tops. If I was able to see all this from the drive through then it wasreally noticeable. I kindly told the employee thank you but I could not wait and I left the drive through. This place has the WORST service. The people working there are always rude to me and act inconvenienced that I came when there... is never a line and they aren?t busy. I?ve been multiple times but I give up. The service and extremely overcooked chicken isn?tworth it. Sometimes I wonder if they ruin the food just out of spite. Awful service!! I ordered a family meal through the drive thru and was told to park and they would bring it out to me. I waited... 30 minutes outside and they never brought it to me so I had to go inside and they asked me four different times what i orderedand they still got my order wrong. They were not short staffed! I counted four people working behind the counter not includingthe ones in the back so there was no excuse for poor service!
