If my 71 year old mother didn't like KFC, I would never order from here. Like seriously, what's going on there? My order is... wrong at least 4 times out the week, even though they print your order on your bag, my orders either are missing something orthey give me the wrong thing. I ordered 2 potato bowls and 6 piece Chicken tenders for dinner tonight at the drive thru. I got home and there was very few... pieces of chicken, corn and gravy in each bowl making the food very dry. Instead of getting the chicken tenders, I received 6very small chicken WINGS! To make matters more irritating, their phone line was busy for over 30 minutes with we redialing theirstore number for over 30 minutes. I am a long time customer at this location. 2nd here in a couple of weeks. Don't say they are out of extra crispy til we get to window then ask if we can do half original... and half crispy ok I ask if we could substitute some strips instead. They said no, so we get half and half then supposed to geta free drink not offered. First time they just gave us swt tea this time had to ask . Get home only to find out not half andmostly original.
