Three ppl had to come to the drive-thru window while we were there saying their food orders were wrong (lobby not open). One... said fries were hard as a brick. Ours turned out the same. The French fries are what makes McDs. When they aren't good, it ruinseverything! Looks like a nice building, too, but wouldn't know w only drive thru open. Read more

The childrens play place was pretty dirty with yesterdays trash at 11 am on a Saturday. Most concerning was the exit door that... was 12 feet from a busy street where traffic travels 50 mph. This door was left cracked open because it doesn?t close properly.I shut it but noticed the Sam issue 3 days later when I drove by. A child will wander into traffic if this isn?t corrected. I live around the corner from this McDonald's. I ordered a Big Mac. Got home. There was nothing on the Big Mac but lettuce and... their secret sauce. It was a mess. Took it back to the restaurant. McDonald's walked it into the lobby, showed the manager. Itmade me a new Big Mac. I didn't look at it before I left but whenever I got there it was 50 times the amount of the specialsauce on a Big Mac. The absolute worst fast food experience ever. There were 5 or 6 cars in front of me and I was in line more than 25 minutes. I... got out of my car 2 times to see what the problem might be. I went inside to ask an employee what was the problem with thedrive-thru and she was clueless. No one at payment window and the person at 2nd window asked me why I hadn't paid. The 2ndwindow took almost 5 minutes to input my exact payment for the order and then gave me a $1 back. I tried to tell him he didn'towe me change but he couldn't comprehend.
