Unfortunately this restaurant is having major problems. We waited 2 hours for dinner. The drinks took 40 minutes to arrive and... the salads another 35 minutes. The food was just average The martini drinks are very unique. They cone in an individualshaker cup and provide about 2-3 glasses. You?d best have this and enjoy the ( long) wait. Read more
To find both a unique and outstanding restaurant is a rarity these days. We decided to top off our day in Beaufort with a small... side trip to a Habersham restaurant that we had read so many wonderful reviews about. This is one of those eateries where youknow you are going to frequent. Walking in the door transports you back to the classic era of Little Italy in New York City. Itis complete with the Frank Sinatra songs in the background. Our waiter Jay was constantly attending to our needs even on a busyevening. The menu is classic Italian with many hard to find items on most other menus. The veal Saltimbocca with Gnocchi is justone of the items on this remarkable menu. The food was cooked to perfection and even arrived to the table hot out of thekitchen. This alone is a rarity today (thank you again Jay)! The general manager, Daniel, arrived twice at our table to insurewe were completely satisfied with everything. This restaurant is a gem of low country cuisine. Can't wait to back very soon. Read more
