There's a big guy that works at the window who is extremely rude, I've had two encounters where he has argued about my order, it... went as far as he wasn't going to give me what I paid for, he insinuated I already had my order when I didn't. He is extremelyrude and makes unnecessary comments. I have been coming to this location for over two years and have never had bad service. Hisattitude is despicable. Ordered really late at night and was told that their computers didn?t work because of network issues. I get it, it?s not their... fault and they have no control over it. We were still able to order and pay through the app with no problems. The people werereally nice and we got our food super quick despite the challenges they were facing.
