I believe this location could use a little more updating and care. Food was ok and service good. However the restaurant in... general looks a little run down and the rest room was horrible at the time of my visit. Comparing this location to the one onlady's Island, I would go there first. Read more
This place is food poisoning waiting to happen. I watched the cook put raw meat on the grill and use the same gloves to plate... toast/biscuits. Not just once either, she did it for every single order. Huge cross contamination issue. The waffles weredelicious and luckily those were made by a different cook who was only making waffles. Food was hot and delicious. I love the waffle house. But when a mistake is made there should be an apology or a refund. I... ordered eggs over easy, toast, and hash browns. It took 45 minutes. I saw 6 people served, ate, and paid before I even got myfood. When I said I needed the check asap, it took her another 5 minutes, then she threw it at me. My parents and I went, my Dad has been loyal to Waffle House. However, his daughter will no longer be. I?ve been up since three... am throwing up and going to the toilet unable to keep anything down. I feel terrible. I?m not sure why, but all I can taste isgrease and bacon from a burger that wasn?t even served with hash browns. Please be sure to keep your areas clean.
