We decided to try Chartier for brunch on a Sunday. We arrived shortly after 10 a.m. and were able to be seated within 10... minutes. I'd highly recommend a reservation. Our waiter was friendly and made recommendations on the menu to accomodateallergies. The food and drinks were slower to arrive, but we overall enjoyed our food. The giant cinnamon roll did notdisappoint. You can select bakery items before being seated and they will package them while you dine. We will return in thefuture. Read more
It is worth the trip to Beaumont for this experience! I made it worth my while so I tried various items. I had the Cafe Donovan... which was absolutely scrumptious & came with the best potatoes I can recall. The Caesar was the best I’ve ever had & theMidsummer Bloom cocktail was so well balanced. I took a donut & brownie to go: the donut was so light & fluffy & the brownie wasdecadent. Also warm & courteous staff. I see reviews knocking the pricing but honestly it’s on par for the type & quality ofthe meal. If you want something cheaper there are other establishments to go to. Chartier is worth the experience! This is the by farther best French cuisine I've ever been to! Hands down to everything!. SERVICE. FOOD/DRINKS AND ATMOSPHERE!... The food was phenomenal and the drinks were superb and creative. It was a full experience all in one spot. They even bake theirown goodies from bread to desserts. They even have their own garden of herbs. This was our first time at this place, which has been recommended by a couple of friends. I got a last minute reservation for... lunch during May long weekend. The restaurant was very busy a d they were running a little behind. So, they could not get atable for us at our reserved time. They offered us the bar seat till the time they could find a table and offered free drinks.We were very impressed at the communication they had within themselves. Everybody who attended us knew exactly what was goingon, and apologized for the wait. The cocktails were amazing! We got a table only after a couple of sips. I am not going toexplain how good the food and desserts were. It should be sufficient to say that we are already planning to go back to Beumontto try other dishes from this establishment. Delicious, great service. Loud room but that is just the luck of the draw with who you are paired with in their small separate... rooms. Dinner was delicious but the stand out was the donuts we took to go (I know! I know!). You definitely need to visit andyou definitely need a ressie. Read more
