I recently took my two kids for my daughters birthday to this establishment in Beaumont Texas. We had a bad experience, the... service and food experience was very disappointing. Not to mention more than a few games were out of order. My daughter lookedforward to seeing Chuck e but he never came out. Even after the video saying he will come out. I spent almost $100 and literallythe worst experience for a kids birthday we could have had. There was no one at the establishment, I mean there was us, oneother family and the employees which seemed busy doing god knows what. We waited over 40 minutes to get a pizza, no one checkedon us. This place has really gone downhill since I was a kid....they've gotten rid of most their games and the food is way overpriced.... We took my two-year-old who is normally easily entertained but she did not want to do anything there. Read more
