Had to wait 9 minutes for chicken that was very hard as opposed to being "crispy"... it was as if they used old flour! Employee... was nice but for the entire 9 minutes she was talking to her coworker and never looked back. Therefore, she couldn't see that Iwas trying to get her attention to buy a drink. Honestly, for the wait alone a courtesy water should have been offered! Imean... who runs out of their primary product at the lunch hour?? The chicken had not been marinated, had a very VERY blandflavor. I gave 1 star because at least the food was HOT! Read more

They were out of regular chicken breast except spicey... so we ordered a number 2... one spicey breast, leg, and a regular wing... with okra and a tea. She said mashed potatoes and we said no. She said we don't have tea. So we ordered dr pepper. We sawher get out fresh okra. We paid and got our food and left. We didn't have our okra.... just 3 pieces of all spicey chicken anddr pepper. She can't speak English and we won't go back. And no honey on biscuit. Read more
