Terrible delivery experience, and strawberries are tiny. Do not recommend. I love their fruit especially the covered chocolate bananas. The fruit is fresh and the taste is amazing!!

I just placed my order today for flowers and strawberries for my wife on our 24th wedding anniversary. The flowers was wrapped... tight and dead!!!!!! I placed an order online and they decided not to deliver it because the order was not large enough. It did go through on the... website and took out the money immediately and I got confirmation on the order . This was for my mothers birthday. I was toldthey called and left me a message. (Not sure where they called I got no such message) I called the store and spoke to the"manager" lupita, she was cold and unhelpful. Basically said tough luck....it's unfortunate that they feel the need to treatsomeone this way,and not deliver a birthday gift. My Mother was left without a gift and it is frustrating. Maybe they need a newmanager that has some customer service skills and also has some compassion for others. Read more
