I went to celebrate for my mother in law birthday! I drove from Houston because I heard so much about Madison?s! But the... customer service I got from MORGAN was at a all time ZERO. She was rude, she rolled her eyes, and was very impatient while Ilooked over the menu to choose a drink! Honestly it felt very racial because I am a African American male and she treated othercustomers which were white with great customer services! It was really embarrassing! She actually never came back to take ourdrinks after 22 min. Very embarrassing for a great establishment. We had such a nice dinner tonight! My brother was in town and loves bbq crabs! Well they had an awesome special, and the crabs,... shrimp, and hush puppies were perfect. The staff was friendly and made us feel so welcomed. Great food, fun place, nicestaff!! Read more
Madison's is a bar. The service we received was mediocre at best. We went at 1230pm on a Saturday, but there were not many... people there. We sat ourselves at a bar table. The menu was aggressively carby and rediculously overpriced That's the only way Iknow how to describe it. The portion sizes served were comically huge- so I'm guessing they justify the price of the meal with "how much you get" but seriously I had to get 2 to- go boxes for my food.
