This review is for this location ONLY...Dowlen road in HEB shopping center! Go to any other Subway. I go in and no one there... (customers i mean). In my hand I'm holding a coupon and reading it to double check that it's valid date and such. I knew it was,but like to check before I order. He sees me reading the coupon. I order...a buy one get one footlong. He makes them. I hand himthe coupon. He says, "We don't take coupons." HUH!? There is literally a big sign on the window about using their app forcoupons, discounts, and points, but they don't take paper coupons? No signs anywhere stating that either. I look at him somewhatconfused and asked why he didn't say that when he saw me reading the coupon before I ordered. He responded that he didn't thinkI was going to use the coupon. Again HUH!? I was just like nope and walked away. I'm not about to be swindled. Maybe the dudewas hungry and knew if I didn't get them he could have them. IDK, but NEVER been to ANY Subway that doesn't take their coupons.I drove to the one 15 minutes out of my way and got excellent service and food. When I told them what happened, they wereconfused too. They had never heard of Subway not taking coupons either. This confirms my suspicion that something wasn't right. Read more
The service is always great and they made my sandwich just like I asked, but they're always running out of ingredients.
First time entering there this is my first time going there just passing through. I went there and the black gentleman was... patient and nice when taking my order and fixing it and it was delicious and fixed right. I was satisfied and it was good Ialready ate some of it but it was a garlic herb and parmesan bread with steak and cheese. Read more
