In reality, I never had the opportunity to try the food, I have heard only great things. However it became apparent quick, small... events for 100 or less people may be too small for Blue Haze. I emailed in June and received a response back quickly! I wassuper excited! But then I missed the 1 day window to pay my deposit so when I tried to contact them again with numerous emails(received an automated email stating it was busy season and it would take 5 to 7 days to respond) and 2 voicemails and a text,it wasn't until the 8th day (5 days before my event) that I received an email! In all honesty, customer service, I would haveout respect should have received a phone call. I left the email be as I already moved on (in which not only did I confirm andpay for my order with another company within three business days because communication with them was easy) as I couldn't takethe chance of not having food. Blue haze then emailed me the day after the event asking me to sign the contract. Oh boy. Youbadly need some help there. Hire staff and have some manage emails/telephone calls. Read more

Stopped by on Saturday April 7th around 5pm for a early dinner as we decided to take a drive out to Beaujour from Winnipeg.... Definitely a great place for fresh tasty BBQ. Highly recommend this little gem of spot. We shared the Saturday special Pitmasterwith chicken, ribs, brisket, clowslaw, beans, and potatoe salad. ..My favorite was the delicious beans! We were passing through town and stopped for lunch. My fiancee spent the entire time talking about good it was! He had the ribs... and I had a specialty sandwich. The service was excellent and the food was even better. We're already looking forward to comingback! Read more
