This place is fantastic. We've been twice now, while traveling between Vegas and Salt Lake. The Sautéed Mushrooms and Artichoke... Hearts appetizer is SO tasty. The roast was incredible on focaccia bread that the owner makes herself. The potatoes are real potatoes and the gravy is divine.... Stopped here after a long day up in the mountains and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean parking lot and entryway, was... greeted and sat immediately. We were brought water right away and asked if we wanted anything else to drink. I noticed they hadsome nice beers on display but had to make the drive home, so I stuck with water. The menu isn't huge but has enough varietythat I'm sure anyone could find SOMETHING that appeals to them. For me it was the Mexican White Shrimp and Salmon Steak withbaby red mash and grilled asparagus. Much to my delight, I was brought a piece of cornbread because they were out of dinnerrolls - I would take cornbread over a dinner roll every day of the week! And it was awesome! Moist on the inside with a light,crisp outer layer. The salad was cool and fresh and included egg, & cherry tomatoes, and their ranch dressing tasted homemade. When my food came, I was astounded. The eye appeal was spot-on. Height, shape, color, balance flavor and texture, justlike I learned in culinary school decades ago. The salmon and shrimp were cooked and seasoned to perfection, the baby red mashwas well seasoned, the asparagus was grilled perfectly and the cream sauce was a great compliment to the entire dish.
