Use to enjoy going here for a sit down date or family night. Seemed like after they moved away from Kohl's the food and service... really went down hill. Seems like the food is a 50/50 shot of being fully cooked and decent. Service wasn't great, but had worstbut also had much better. Only 3 waitresses most of the time I go there. They do the best they can probably only making $10.00an hr plus tips. Seems like this location is always short staffed, and not packed with customers like it use to be. Read more
only gave two stars cuz our waitress was very nice and pleasant but we waited over an hour for lukewarm food that was very messy... and my chicken Caesar salad was made incorrectly with ck tenders so I asked for just the grilled chicken but she insisted toremake it because they had the wrong lettuce as well. I had to wait another hour for just my food while my entire table ate andby the time my salad came out everyone was ready to go. they did not offer to comp my meal or give a discount which I didn't askfor but it would have been nice for them to offer since I waited almost 2 hours for something I couldn't stay and eat. when wearrived there it was pretty dead so we are not sure why it took so long Read more
Ordered pickup and was there at the given ready time. Called the restaurant after 20minutes of waiting to which they said they?d... check on it. After 45 minutes of waiting I call the restaurant again and had them cancel the order. 5 days later the chargestill showed up on my card so I called the restaurant again and was it sometimes takes up 10 day. Now 2 weeks later the chargeis still posted on my card. I have been attempting to call the restaurant again from a cell phone and landline but as soon as Istart to tell them the issue they suddenly can?t hear me and hang up. I am always very polite because I know how bad staffing iseverywhere but this getting ridiculous. Read more
Service is slow, waited almost 10 min to have our drink order taken. All food came out at same time, ( soup, appetizer and main... dish) and they were just barely warm. Food was not very good. Definitely wont be coming back anytime soon. Read more
