Love this place but the owner is overworked. She running the show by herself out front. The kitchen staff is good. The food... was delicious. Have patience if you go. The wait is worth it and you'll be helping a small business make a living! Read more
Went there for the first time since it was the char-haus. It has a very homely feel now, not trying to be fancy, just... welcoming. Anyway, I had the half smoked chicken. It was amazing. Like, I'm going to tell all my friends and coworkers to gohere specifically for the smoked chicken, amazing. Had great color on the skin, and a strong but not overpowering smoke flavor,and surprisingly juicy for a smoked chicken leg. I let my kids try the leftovers and had to wrestle them away or they'd havebeen gone. My wife's chicken strips were cooked well as well, again surprisingly juicy for breaded chicken strips. And our foodcame out so hot we had to wait a while before we could dig in. Can't wait to take the whole family back for their breakfast. Read more
