Overall the service was bar. My steak was not right off the grill hot. In fact seemed like it might of been forgotten. Others... that came in way after us had faster service. Steak had good taste and the salad dressing was great. Read more
Loved our experience in 2021. History and legacy of the dwelling makes it a really nice ambience. Food and service was very... good, so much we went just went back (2022). The experience was so unpleasant, we probably won't return. We ordered all ourchoices in the beginning which was a starter and then an entree to share. We ordered the filet mignon to be cooked pink and nottoo rare but still juicy. The waitress brought the salad which was to be brought with the entree quite some time before thestarter arrived which was a bad start. Then....when the entree arrived, it was rare all the way through so had to pass to myfriend and just had vegetables. The waitress offered to take the steak back for more cooking; however, that NEVER works outwell and really interferes with the flow of dinner so we didn't send it back. That was the last she spoke of it and made nofurther apologies when we asked for the check. We were really disappointed with the quality of food and service especiallyafter such a positive experience last year!!
