We had a large, prepaid order placed online in advance for a party. An hour before the party was to start, we had a lot of... cancellations. This store was extremely accommodating in getting our order reduced and making sure our prepaid charge wasreversed. They relieved stress from a somewhat stressful situation. Ordered for curbside pickup. Checked in when we got to the store. Told to wait outside with our blinkers on. Our car could be... seen from the counter, waited ten minutes then went in. Waited in line for a few more minutes. Our order was sitting therewaiting getting cold. Asked cashier why we didn't get our order, she said the screen wasn't working....... Didn't have anexplanation why one of the 10 employees in the building could not look out for curbside. Pizza cold by the time we got home. Huge disappointment, failure all around. Read more
