My husband asked for sugar jelly donuts and he stepped aside to allow the next customer to order. When we got home, he got the... wrong order. These donuts have a white coating on top. No attention to detail these days especially when customers are paying tohave good service. My husband literally pointed at the sugar jelly donuts so not sure why the order was wrong. I adore the people who work at this Dunkin. I frequently visit this as my go to coffee. Everyone who works there is great.... Recently while in line to pay I received a call with terrible news that a close family member passed and was in tears by thetime I arrived at the window. I was stuck in line so I could not move... when I got up to the window Adam helped me (I went backand asked his name a week later). He didn't even think twice he handed me the coffee and called Sam the manager over to thecomputer. Without hesitation they both said they didn't know what is going on but to not worry about paying for it and theyhoped things got better. Thier kindness has stuck with me, they didn't have to acknowledge the pain I was in but they did and Icouldn't thank them enough. Dunkin hires good people and I appreciate those employees and thier kindness especially on thisterrible day. Read more
It?s a shame that I keep forgetting how bad this Dunkin is at making good coffee. Dunkin has good coffee, shouldn?t be that... difficult to add cream and flavor swirl to it. Maybe they just put so much ice in it, there was no room for the caramel swirl. Read more
Have been here often, they're always very polite and helpful despite it being early or them being busy. Usually get an iced... caramel latte with an extra pump of caramel and an extra shot of espresso and it's made well every time! Their pumpkin donutsare also very good. Read more
