I ordered wings online for a carry-in at work. After placing the order, I realized that I had placed the order for pick-up at... the time of the order rather than for pick-up the next day. When I called the phone number listed on Google, there was anautomated answer telling me that It's Just Wings is in Chili's and then it rang, and rang, and rang, before finallydisconnecting. Since I could not get through and wanted to save the restaurant the trouble of making the order, I decided tocall Chili's. I explained to the Chili's staff member the mistake and how I needed to have the order for the next day. Sheassured me that it would be taken care of and the order would be ready for pick-up the next day at 11:30am. When one of mystaff members arrived to pick up the order at 11:28am, he was told there was no such order. I called the It's Just Wings numberlisted again with the same result as before -- being disconnected. I called Chili's again and spoke to a staff memberexplaining the problem. She connected me with the manager. I explained the issue again and provided him the order number. Heplaced me on hold for around 6 minutes and came back saying that he could not find the order. He explained that since It's JustWings is not Chili's (despite being made at Chili's by Chili's staff), he could not see any orders for them. I asked if theorder could just be made then, but he repeated that he could not see their orders, or take their orders, and even if he could itwas now the lunch rush and would take an hour to make. I asked if he could process a refund and explained that my bank accounttransaction was listed under Chili's, not It's Just Wings. He said he could not because he could not access their systems. Hesuggested I call It's Just Wings and I explained how that continued not to work for me. I did try calling twice more withoutany luck.
