Absolutely disgusted at how I was just treated by a female staff member this evening. I ordered a large pizza with wings, the... girl asked me BBQ or Honey Garlic, I said Honey Garlic. We get our pizza, I opened the wing box to find the wings were plain, Ilooked in the pizza box and thought maybe they put the sauce on the side, nothing, so I called them. The girl said that therewas nothing she could do for me as she said I said no sauce. I absolutely did NOT say no sauce. I advised her that this was hermistake, not mine and her exact words to me were ?that?s nice?. She continued to tell me that it was my mistake and to have anice night and then hung up the phone on me. I am appalled at the blatant disrespect and lack of customer service values thatshe has. If this is how she treats all of her customers she should not be in this industry. I will NEVER order from this placeever again and I will steer anyone who asks away from this establishment and direct them to a different pizza store. Read more
Amazing and fully loaded pizza with great flavor...they dont shy on toppings which was refreshing to see and taste.
