Guys if it's going to be 45 minutes for a burrito then just put a message "We are not accepting online orders right now". That... simple. Nobody wants to wait 45 minutes for a burrito. Nobody wants to stand around your store waiting for take-out for 30full minutes past the time you said it would be ready. C'mon guys if you can't provide the product then don't take the orders,that simple. Response to the owner: What? You need more details from me? Did your staff not tell you they were understaffedand backing up? Do you own this business or not? You should already know what's going on in your business! How come theseresponses from owner are never "That sounds bad, I'll look into it" it's always "Contact us with more info so we can pretend wedidn't do anything wrong" Grow up. Read more
***BARF*** I ordered a chicken burrito. The chicken was cold, like refrigerator cold, and full of gristle. I only got through... three bites and I am still feeling ill. Total garbage! Literally, any other burrito place is better than what I just tried toeat. Read more
Portion sizes were smaller than at other Chipotles and they were out of some stuff or running out, and it was obvious they... skimped on those items, like lettuce. Also, they were out of the small bags of chips that go with the kids' meals up front andwouldn't go to the back to get more, which seemed odd. It wasn't a bad experience but wasn't really good, either. And they weregoing to give me my tacos in an awkwardly and incorrectly wrapped foil, with nothing under it and one of the tacos kind of halfhanging out of it until I asked for a bowl for it. Out of the past 5 times I have come to this location, they have been closed completely due to short staff 2 times, only open for... online orders 2 times, and fully open 1 time. It is likely one of two causes: 1) management here must be very unpleasant to workwith so they cannot retain employees, or 2) management is incompetent and do not understand how to hire/schedule. It is July 31,2022. If you cannot hire enough employees or retain them in a time where rent, food, and gas are at record highs that is all onmanagement (and corporate) performing their jobs terribly.
