We got our order wrong and called to let the store know. Customer service lady wasn't helpful at all and even hung up the phone... in the middle of the counversation without confirming what action she will take to have the mistake fixed. My call was around7:10 pm on 11/9/22 Read more
My order is always ready on time - sometimes earlier than expected. My order is always right and for the price, the pizza is... good. I'd choose Dominos over the Hut any day. Thin and Crunchy crust is where it's at! I asked for parmesan cheese and had tobuy a little bottle of it - no packets. It didn't cost much, but still weird. Read more
Horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful. 3 times I got wrong order and when I took back they were really rude to me... and they acted like that was my mistake. I wish I could give 0 star for their service. Read more
My girlfriend noticed halfway home that the pizza toppings were wrong so we went back to get the correct order. They remade the... pizza for us and when we got to the car I looked and saw that they gave us the wrong crust. I didn?t wanna make a scene and mygirlfriend and I were hungry so we just left.
