They got rid of their 12 different sauces concept, the one thing that that defined them against all other sandwich chain... restaurants. Until they decide to bring them back, I would be fine eating at a different sandwich restaurant. Read more

Good sandwiches but terrible with online orders. I ordered over an hour ahead online and got there at the time for pick up, but... my sandwich wasn?t ready. I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes before I got my single sandwich order. No one apologizedor offered anything, despite how late my order was and the fact that I was waiting for so long. My partner and I went to the location at 2755 SW Cedar Hills Blvd Unit 102 Beaverton, OR 97005. We did an online order at... 2:07pm and had a pick up time of 2:30. Unfortunately it was not ready at 2:30. After checking in about it at 2:35, they said itwould be another 10 mins. It was ready at 2:50 instead.
