Hands Down the BEST chamorro food in the PNW!!
This was my first experience with guamanian cuisine. The smells coming from my plate were delightful, and flavors did not... disappoint. As far as portions go, it's nice to see a plate that matches the pictures on the menu. The only negative thing Iwould say is, the sauce that comes with the plate was a little too salty for me. I have never has food from Guam before. I was walking around the park looking for options and the smell was amazing. I didn't... know what some of the stuff was but the main dishes were obvious. I ordered a barbecue platter and was notdisappointed..everything was delicious. The ribs fell right off the bone, the BBQ chicken was moist and flavorful, theshredded chicken side was really interesting and I wish I ordered more beef because that was absolutely amazing. Out of this world! Amazing!!!! The BEST BBQ I have ever had! And oh my god the heavenly smell...it attracts you from a mile... away! I can eat this every day for a month and I still wouldn't get tired of it. Also VERY friendly and kind and hospitableservice, truly genuine nice people run this place.
