The double tavern burger is a good burger with unlimited fries for $9?. Hard to fun a value like that anywhere these days. I sat... in the bar and watched Sunday football and F1 racing. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is also veryclean. The only thing that is odd is the floors felt really slippery and greasy to me. Read more
We were hungry and most restaurants were either already closed or closing soon. We decided to go for Red Robin since we had... enough time, plus burgers were to our craving. We seated ourselves at the bar and our server served us fries after orderingwhich was nice. I ordered the Scorpion Smoke Burger while my partner ordered the Black and Blue Burger. They were bothdelicious. The Scorpion was a 6/10 for spice level, but this is also because I have a low tolerance for it. Regardless I didenjoy it. We also got regular fries and sweet potato fries with campfire sauce and garlic aioli sauce. You can tell the numbers of employees is super low. The bartender was out server...until he left or had other duties. No one... mentioned to the server what happened our server and eventually started taking care of our table. I get it is hard to hirecurrently but close if you don't have employees. Went to Red Robin today. The service was top notch! My party was served in the bar where it was nice and cool. We had plenty of... beverages, our food was hot and took little time to make, and when we needed help with the card reader they were able to fix itfast. Highly trained staff except in food prep. The cook made a lettuce wrap with a small head of lettuce, and my blta croissanthad a bit too much mayo. The cheese fondue was delicious and my ice tea was perfect. Read more

My wife and I had dinner last night and we were very disappointed to start we ordered pretzel bite and the 2 different cheese... sauces we were halfway through our appetizer when a lady brought only one of the extra sauces and left I tasted it and it wasextremely cold so we had to get her attention by speaking very loudly she came back and when she took the sauce back my wife lether know that we ordered both of the cheeses and she said ok. We never seen her again. When we seen another employee pass us wehad to ask for fries as we had not got any at this point.our waiter we had only seen twice and that was to take our drink ordersand our food orders. When our food finally came out my burger had onions which I asked for no onions and the burger was even thewrong one although my wife's chicken burger was good I ate only a few fries and some pretzel bites.our waiter came out and saidhe would take the cheeses and my burger off our bill.when we asked to talk to a manager we were told that there was none on siteand we should leave a comment on the table computer that we paid our bill on .unfortunately this was not the first time this hashappened we do eat at other Red Robin's and have had other issues.
