Came here a few times and it has always been a big hit. We just celebrated my 4 year old son’s birthday and all of us loved... the food and service. We’ve been to most of the indian restaurants in the area and the food quality here far exceeds theothers. Look forward to coming back! Read more

Went here for dinner Saturday night because of the great reviews here. And the place totally delivered! The food was delicious... and very authentic. The Tandoori lamb chops might seem pricey but they are worth it and more. The makke di roti sarson da saagreminded me of Punjab. And the dal was so delightfully spicy! No random white people stuff here. Given the quality of the food,we were surprised to be the only table on a summer Saturday night in a pretty upscale neighborhood. Especially because they wereclearly doing brisk takeout business. But then the indifferent service made it clear why. There were two folks working, a youngman and a young woman. And they seemed to be more into chatting with each other than looking after our needs. I had to walk overto them to ask for a water refill! Maybe there's a love story happening. In which case, we will gladly be the party that gotignored for a greater cuter good. But otherwise, the service did great disservice to the quality of the food, which is some ofthe best Punjabi food I've eaten in the US. There is no real reason why you should have to explain to an Indian waiter in anIndian restaurant why you want small bowls (I even said "katoris") to share the absolutely delicious dal tadka among the four ofus. Dude came and asked for detailed verification of exactly what I was asking for. Towards the end, even though it was about15 minutes before advertised closing time, after we had enjoyed one of the best gulabjamuns I've ever had and were thinking ofordering some quick takeout, the waitress pretty much rushed us out, saying "we are waiting for you to close up". Well, excuseus for thinking that you might want a little more revenue for no extra cost on a Saturday night. I hope the owners see thisreview and do something about the lazy service staff, because your food is amazing! Read more

Nice authentic north indian food. We got Pappad once we sat down. The service is good! The dhaba paneer was great. The saag... chicken was ok but would have liked it a little more spicy. The dal was spicy and north indian style. The tandoori roti was alsogood and soft. Will definitely recommend! Read more
