The older lady at the drive thru is rude. I order exactly how it's written on the site and even show a picture and she still... wants to list all the different was. I recently had two chocolate iced donuts, two Bavarian Creme, and coffee. Shipley's is the best place, imo, to get donuts. The... iced chocolates I had the other day were my favorite, the Bavarian Cremes very good also. Coffee was good, as donut shop coffeeshould be. Staff was friendly and attentive, store is clean. The man working in the morning deserves a raise. He provides impeccable customer service with his greeting, conversation, fast... pace, and also saying good-bye. I?m not sure why it?s so hard to find service like that these days. Besides that, he explainedto me that mornings before 9:30 you can request a hot glazed donut, and I?ve never had a better donut. It melts In your mouth sofast you need to ask for another. And another. And another. Sort of dangerous. Perfectly crispy outside and super soft inside,and the sweetness is not too much or too little.
