Waited 45 minutes for delivery, called Domino's and the lady said it will be 1.5 hrs for delivery only 1 person working. I asked... her why didn't they call and tell me she said that I could come get it but the food is not cooked and this is the second timethat this has happened in Bedford, Va. Read more
Waited over an hour for my food to be delivered only for them to tell me that the policy at night is that they have to call... ahead to make sure they have the right address only for me to never receive a call from the driver so she just went back to thestore. upon calling the store to figure out the issue and asking to speak to a manager they were very rude and hung up. Staff isextremely rude and continuously screw up. Do better. Read more
I?ve had some pretty interesting experiences with this dominos that weren?t too good but we decided to give it another shot and... I?m glad we did. My meal tonight was perfect thanks to the new GM James. He was running the show by himself tonight (open toclose) but was handling it so well. My order was made quickly and perfectly and the customer service was great which doesn?tseem to ever happen around here. Idk how much this guy is making but he deserves more!!!! Read more
I ordered delivery, paid ahead, I waited well over an hour for my delivery to never show up. I look at the app, Dominions... tracker says canceled. I wasn't even notified of this. I call the store to get an explanation and reorder... Megan throws youon hold immediately and never comes back, I have documented the time I have been left on hold twice and after that the line justwon't ring. Stays busy. Considering I regularly eat here for lunch during the work week I can honestly say I have never beforereceived such poor customer service from one of your staff.
