ordered bacon breakfast burrito for somebody who CANT eat sausage, got given a sausage burrito called about it and they refused... to replace it. managers are rude. always have issues when i come to this sonic. their hot dogs are literally burnt, ordered asweet tea few weeks ago and got unsweetened tea. Took my calling in at the stall and getting it replaced twice before theyfinally got me a sweet tea. ordered a strawberry lime made with extra strawberry and got a drink that tasted like nothing butlime juice. very disappointed in the service here, i work at a sonic too and understand stuff happens but if you mess up youshould be offering to replace and not be rude just because you messed up. Every time I go to this location, I ended up waiting 5,10,15 minutes and beyond before anyone ever answers. Today was no... different.
