The chef (who recently took over this restaurant) worked at a very famous Japanese restaurant at Toronto downtown, beach area.... Not only that, 10 years at a Korean restaurant before. The food was really amazing. The shrimp tempura was crispy and soft.There are a lot of sushi restaurants in York region, but nobody can\'t beat Sushi Hero. Mouth melting texture ofrolls/sushi/sashimi. If you try seafood udong, you can be sure that everything is made from the scratch, zero MSG. Even the lowsodium home-made soy sauce.
