I placed an order online for delivery, not knowing it was coming from door dash. That is besides the point, but lead to some... issues that we had that evening when items were missing. We were having a team party at our home for my daughters soccer teamand all the pizzas were delivered, minus the bread sticks(that I ordered for the 2 girls that don?t eat cheese) I called andwas told I could come in and pick up or come to store for refund. Both were inconvenient at the time as the party was startingin 15 min. A lot was going on at the time and it just didn?t work. An hour later I received a call from the GM. Let?s just saythey rectified the whole problem above and beyond my expectations! Superior customer service and the pizzas were all devoured!!
