My first experience here was not great. I ordered a bowl (which was enormous) and it was so runny I could have used a straw, not... a spoon to eat it. I decided to give it another chance, so I came back a few weeks later and ordered another bowl and a grilledcheese. Despite there being 6 people behind the counter, it took a hot minute to make. The grilled cheese didn't seem grilled atall, it was just soft, warm bread with cheese that had mostly oozed out because it was tossed in the box haphazardly. I had toscrape the cheese with my fingers to put it back on the bread. How do you screw up a grilled cheese?? The second bowl i had wasbetter, but still runny. Too much milk perhaps? I really enjoy the coffee and food at Z Vault, but they really struggle from a customer service perspective. Don?t even try to... go on a weekend morning, you?ll wait 20-30 min for a drink. The staff struggles to work at pace and I can tell they quicklybecome overwhelmed between dine in and drive through. The last 5 times I?ve visited, they?ve messed up some element of my order,which is pretty frustrating after the long wait. Z vault closed earlier this summer to ?train staff and provide a betterexperience? but it?s really gotten worse since. I?ll pop down the street to another coffee shop from now on. Read more
This place has gone downhill over the last few years. When they opened they were top notch. Amazinh quality and payment customer... service. The company has changed hands once or twice since and it shows. Smoothies used to be thick and creamy and now they'reoften like soup with frozen bananas still in it. When I asked about it (on two different occasions) I was told the same thing:"oh yeah, it's hard for new employees to get the consistency of that bowl correct". What? There's not a recipe? Training?Quality control? Also, business shouldn't make excuses. Just remake it correctly. I've haven't seen anyone that appears to bean adult in there in several months. 20 sometime year old managers. My wife and I came here on a Monday morning for some breakfast and coffee and were pretty disappointed. I ordered the one... breakfast sandwich they have on the menu and it says it comes on a croissant, well they were out of croissants so I had to getit on toast. Their only choices of meat were "veggie sausage" and turkey bacon. The cheese on my sandwich tasted really fake. Totop everything off, the price was nuts. One breakfast sandwich, one small coffee, one smoothie, and a single piece of toast(that one piece of toast with butter was $5.50) came to a total of $30. Definitely won't be going back. Read more

My breakfast sandwich was cold and my matcha latte was very weak. Overpriced for the overall size and quality of both items. No... prices listed anywhere. Music can be loud.
