I went to the drive thru this morning and I was not greeted in a nice way the old lady taking orders was very rude and kept... trying to rush me while taking my order while I was speaking she kept interrupting me saying anything else and once I got to thewindow and payed I asked for a receipt and she rudely said I don't have any receipts paper in the machine so I told her I wantedmy receipt the manager Tammy came to print it out but couldn't even hand it to me she laid the receipt on the table and walkaway & the old lady took her sweet time to give me my receipt if I could give this McDonald's 0 stars I would worst foodrestaurant in town. I was not told that the soda was out beforing ordering inside until I went to go fill my cup up. The lady behind the counter... said oh yeah are out of soda. Didn't get the kids meals bucket, I did grab the wrong kids meal, double fries not apple, but alsono toy. Drink area is also trashed since they told no one else about the no soda up front. Just left Belchertown McDonald's. They were out of a Coke products, coffee I ordered was awful, no sauce for nuggets, got apple... slices instead of double fries and no toy in happy meal. McDonald's is such a bad place all around. But I have kids. And theywant happy meals. Once my kids are older. I will never go to a McDonald's ever again. Read more
1) "Manager" on duty was too busy having a non-work relevant conversation with a team member to ensure our order was correct. ... With him chatting about "stuff", I waited several minutes to get the unsweetened ice tea I ordered. After realizing I waswaiting, he worked another task. I had to ask a second time.
