Ordered shrimp fried rice and wontons through cafe carier and got shrimp fried rice with walnuts and had to wait 3 hrs for it.... Cafe carrier made it right on there end by giving us credit for messing it up. But I called to make sure I didnt pay for thewontons sense I didnt get them and the guy was extremely rude and told me I needed to call carrier and he was the only one thereand busy so he couldnt help me right now. I've been going to HKC for years. It used to be an excellent restaurant. Months ago the quality started to decline. Today it hit... bottom. Everything was floating in grease. The spring rolls were undercooked and the vegetables were overcooked. Most of thedinner for two I picked up today had to go in the garbage. Completely inedible. I will never go back. So disappointed. The people and food are so good here that you could probably mistake your visit as a weird drug trip or you finally realize that... you are in some weird Truman show sort of situation.
