Works ever I ordered a 5 pollos even my husband call to place the order when I rive I pay for it an it wasn't ready so I Waite... and see people getting their's order before me I see people living going coming and I never se my orde call when I ask for myorder they just wonder and asking each other I pay $85.00 to just hear the lady said no one tell us the we have this order Iwaited for a 35 minutes just for 5 pollos I was bery disappointed make really mad the employee are so careles. Food is ok but the service is horrible. Placed a phone order so that it would be ready by the time I went to lunch, for here 20... minutes later to pick up and they had no order. When I asked for a discount for inconvenience the manager was rude, aggressive,and nonchalant. Blamed everything on his employees and change of shift. Don?t come here and be disappointed. The "A" rating from the health department is not overlooked. As a lover of chicken AND burritos I ordered the Wet Green... Burrito. It was at my table in a short time and I dug right in. While I enjoyed it and was pleasantly delighted by the sidesauce I thought it could of been heftier on the chicken. Maybe next time I'll ask for less rice. Other than that one complain, Ican truly recommend Los Pollos to anyone. The restaurant is spacious, plenty of parking and a nice assortment of pan dulce for adessert treat. Read more
