I?ve been here multiple times. Sometimes there good sometimes there bad but my last experience here was the absolute worst. I... was in the line at 8:30 in the morning and it took 25 mins to get me through the line. From start to finish. The lady to tookour orders was completely dry (short with words), sounded like she didn?t want to be there and blatantly rude. She ignored mewhen I asked 2 questions, she told me my payment and when I was ready to give her my card she walked away. I had to ask forstraws multiple times, when I asked about the Dunkin? app she did not give me any support, when I asked about making paymentsthrough the Dunkin? app she very rudely said that the Dunkin app isn?t for payments (along with some hand gestures. She didn?tgive me my receipt, so when I walked back in for my receipt and asked for it she literally just walked away? 3 mins later themanager came up to me and told me he would get it right now. She should have said give me just a sec or something. Finally whenshe came back to give me my receipt she very rudely flicked her wrist at me with attitude and basically shoved the receipt tome. I don't know about Dunkin' donuts having fresh food, they make a batch of donuts early in the day and they run out at the end of... the night when everybody wants donuts. Especially any Saturday night when everybody has a demand of donuts.They never haveglazed donuts at the end of the day. That just means they don't have fresh food when you step up to the window. This is my third time coming to this particular DD and every time I?m either rushed by the drive through employees or my coffee... is wrongly made. The employees at this DD are not professional nor nice. It is really disappointing that they are careless whenit comes to customer service, they lack and need to do better. Read more
