It must be new management because this DQ has improved greatly. It had been awhile, so I decided to give it a try again because... I got some coupons in the mail. I got 2 combo meals this evening and the hamburgers were neatly made (not sloppy or throwntogether like other fast food places). This is the cleanest restaurant of any kind that I have been into in a long time! The employees were all working hard the entire... time we were there. Even when there were no customers. I placed a mobile order and the pick up time was 8:11 so I arrived at 8:15. I then waited inside by the mobile pick up sign for... about 7 minutes with employees walking by and making eye contact without addressing me at all. Finally I asked who I should talkto about a pick up order. They found my ticket and then told me they would begin my order. So it wasn't done anywhere close tomy pick up time. In addition the store was disgusting. Sooo many Flies and gnats flying and crawling everywhere, trashoverflowing out of the trash can and trash on the floor. Food crushed into the floor and spills everywhere. I ordered two chocobrownie extreme blizzard and they had no brownie or anything in it it was literally just ice cream. I also ordered a royal NewYork cheesecake blizzard and it was the same. No cheesecake bites no graham cracker no strawberry anything. Worst waste ofmoney. We stopped for ice cream. I ordered a small dip cone and my husband ordered a blizzard. He thought he ordered the thin mint... blizzard but I think he only said mint. They woman at the drive thru was super nice and remade his blizzard because she wantedhim to have the blizzard he really wanted. Read more
