Today I walked into Menchie's and lo and behold I was greeted by a warm, beyond helpful, LaShonda! Because I was unfamiliar... with the process, she walked me through the request (strawberry yogurt with fresh strawberries and blueberries!). What a treat! I went to Menchies in Bellaire on a Tuesday evening at 9:05pm and it was supposed to be open until 10pm but it was closed. I was... highly disappointed because I drove from Pearland which was a 25 minute drive. Menchies should do something about that? Read more
I'm confused as to why I was asked to tip as part of my self service experience. I know lot of companies ask for tips now as a... way to have the public off set paying their employees livable wages for the essential functions of their job which is a topicall in its own. But at a self serve place seems to be taking that to the extreme. Other than that, it was good frozen yogurtand I enjoyed it. Read more
