The associate that picked up the phone at 11:56 am today is rude and unprofessional and needs to be fired. After a mix-up in... charging my husband's card 3 different times, I called today because we only had one of the refunds put back on the card. Whenpicking up the phone the so-called store manager was rude, argumentative and being a store manager myself if that was myassociate, she would have been fired on the spot without hesitation.
