This evening between 7:30 and 8pm I took my kids to the DQ in Bellplain, first the outside light was off and I needed to tell... them it was off, we ordered food and icecream. Now I do understand that things can get crazy from time to time working in thefood industry and the food part of our order was absolutely fine. Now the icecream on the other hand was not frozen at all bythe time we got home I mean it was as runny if not more runny than a milkshake. I worked for both DQ and DQ grill and chill andI remember it being important that icecream not be handed out the drive thru unless it was thick and not runny you should almostbe able to turn the cup upside down briefly without it falling out of the cup, I wasn't paying attention so I never called withthe complaint but I have decided that DQ is just not worth the 50 dollars I spent. Had a great experience very friendly staff. Skylar was smiling and our food came fast and hot.
We put our order in 1 large and 1 med. TWIST cones. We waited 15 MINUTES behind someone who had ordered food. I kept looking at... the 2 parking spots marked for drive up, and wondered why they didn't have him pull into one while his order was being made.When we finally got up to the window the server gave me the large cone 1st and we waited another minutes before he gave me themed. cone. We ordered TWIST CONES neither were TWIST. Also they were both the same size, the only difference was the large conewas a bigger vessel, it had the same amount of ice cream in both. They asked right away if I wanted the Blizzard right away or after my meal, and that is such athoughtful touch. The burger I ordered was by far one of the best I?ve had from a fast food place.
