Ordered $92 worth of food. Forgot half of it, pizza was cold, and it was 45 minutes late. Called in to the store to rectify. Was... told it would be 2 hours to rectify the situation. Will never order from them again. Disgrace. Read more
Driving from Columbus to visit and needed help with showing up with food (last second decision). While Driving I called the... local Pizza Hut and Michael answered the phone. Not knowing what to order or having a clue on what to get, Michael took thetime to explain all the specials to me and helped me chose the right one for my situation. I got the order in while drivingand stopped to get it on the way. Arrived at the store, it was very clean and organized. The smell of pizza was pleasant andI was greeted promptly. They were very professional and nice during checkout and even offered some plates and napkins to takewith me. Arrived with the pizza and it was a huge hit! The pizza was hot and fresh and some of the best I have ever had fromPizza Hut. Everyone raved about the pizza and was fighting over the leftovers. The only issue I have is this location is toofar for me to drive when I want pizza, but when I go up north, they will be my first call! Thank you Michael and team for a jobwell done!
